A: We provide some existing samples for free, but the freight will be on your side. For customized sample, we will charge sample fee. The charge will be refunded after placing order.

A:For items in stock, 1 piece is accepted. For customized order, MOQ is 1000-3000PCS.

 

4.Q: What's your delivery time?

A: 30 days after everything is confirmed.

 

5. Q: Which port will you ship the goods?

A: shanghai or we can offer price of EXW if you choose delivery by air, vessel or international express.

 

6. Q: What's the payment terms?

A: Payment by T/T, paypal, L/C, Western union or Alibaba Escrow. 30% deposit before producing and 70% balance for bulk order shipment.

A: First, let us know your requirements or application. We will quote according to your requirements. Then, the sample will be sent to you and you arrange deposit for us after confirmation. Finally, we arrange the production according to the approved product.
